Industrial Reuse
This historic building in the heart of Northside, originally Parks Machine Tool Co., has been reimagined as “The Factory". The upper level hosts 12 working artist studios that are home to a wide variety of artists and independent contractors including photographers, designers, fabric artists, architects and painters.
In 2019 Grey Rock completed and opened The Factory Events, a 5,000+SF event venue with provate patio & gardens.
